"The property was lovely. Amenities were top rate. Instructions for keypad at front door said to tap to light up pad. Well, when you did you entered an incorrect number. We locked ourselves out because of too many errors. Had to call management to assist. They came in about 20 minutes. I took us almost an hour to enter the property after a tiring drive. Other than that, the stay was awesome."

"We took a quick trip to Southern Illinois to celebrate my wife's birthday, and ride the Tunnel Hill Bike Trail. The cabin was very clean, well supplied and comfy bed. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were perfect for relaxing after a day on the trail. A great cabin and area check it out! "

"I have nothing but gushing reviews for my Makanda Cabin stay. The cabin was easy to navigate to. When I opened the door I found a clean, comfortable, well appointed place, with two good size bedrooms, living room with fireplace, a bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and soap. There was a basket full of treats on the kitchen table. Hangers were in the closets, luggage rack and lots of shelves to organise wedding and hiking clothing. I could truly relax there.
