"I was a bit disappointed that the break fast was not included, but I assumed it was. The owner did not even mentioned it neither so I simply had them. It was 10 ero! in fact, with just only coffee, one tangerine, one kewi, corn freak and some bread. It was a bit shoe string trip so I wish she had kindly tell me of their condition for any type of guests. But over all the quality/service of the hotel and service was good, staff were very friendly. This is a family fun business."

"On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom."

"The house was a really special place to stay with beautiful rooms and fantastic facilities. Despite the cool, damp weather outside, the house was lovely and warm with easily controllable radiators - a really pleasant surprise in such an old building. The pool was great and the games room was a real treat - especially for my teenage son and husband! The location is great - just round the corner from the centre of Saumur and all it has to offer. "Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. "
