Excellent service, above and beyond the call of duty. Aaron provided ketchup for an order of food we brought in to eat in the common area. And the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Quite a decent stay, but didn't appreciate the fact that we paid for a Suite (thinking it was actually more than one hotel room), but what was called a Suite is simply a sofa pullout bed (no sheets in room) in the same room.

Breakfast has too few options, mostly carbs no protein other than egg. Could have served bacon, ham, or sausage. Some potatoes could have been nice. Mainly they only provide bagels, pancakes, biscuits, cinnamon rolls and cereal. Then the pool area had no clean towels when we went in with our four kids, we had nothing to get dry with.

Room was excellent-very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the bathroom above us. Breakfast was good-cheese omelets were overcooked all 3 days we were there, everything else was very good. The girl who checked us in was just delightful and so so friendly. Strip mall next door was filled with eating places and a grocery store-so nice.

We really liked this hotel. It was very clean, staff were friendly and professional and while the breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, I believe it was a standard breakfast you would get at any hotel. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes etc. The coffee, however, was really good! I wonder what brand it is because I’d like to buy it for home. Close to the maple highlands trail, restaurants and town, yet off on its own so very quiet and peaceful.

Painesville wedding visit
I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the Painesville area. The hotel is 5 years old, but so well kept that I thought it was new. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities are very nice for a hotel of this size. Nice well maintained indoor pool (not large), guest coin laundry, large breakfast area with a great free breakfast, computer in the lobby along with a nice sitting area with a large TV. The staff were friendly and quick to respond with anything we needed. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping area with two nice restaurants (loved Panini’s Bar & Grill) and a very nice grocery store. We were in town for a family wedding, but also visited the Rock and Roll HOF and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Both were less than an hour drive from the hotel.
