"Just recently stayed at the Grand River Retreat for a lowkey 30th birthday weekend with my family and close friends. We had a range of 19-74 years old and everyone loved this place. It is clear that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making their home feel welcoming. Little touches throughout were appreciated by all. We loved the location for proximity to the Grand River and Geneva on the lake. Ferrante winery was also a great place to check out during our stay (recommended in the guidebook). Highlights of this home for us were the Blackstone grill, view of the river/peaceful outdoor seating areas, firepit, and variety of sleeping/dining areas. We hope to be back someday!"

"It was a very nice hotel my family had more than expected. So I had needed extra blankets and the employee who I had asked was very helpful. He assisted us and got me 2 extra blankets and was extremely nice. That’s the customer service more hotels need. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and helpful."
