LAKE TRAVIS WATERFRONT HOME: Upper and Lower Decks capture AMAZING sunsets on the lake with fantastic views!! This home is located on a deep part of Lake Travis for skiing and recreation. There is a gentle slope to the lake from the house to a private boat dock if you want to bring your own boat and use a neighborhood marina to launch your boat or have a convenient marina deliver your watercraft rental to the boat dock. This is truly the perfect home to make memories on Lake Travis for small or large groups. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and fishing equipment available for you to enjoy the lake at your own risk. For those that have to stay connected, there is free WIFI available throughout the entire home.

INDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: The garage area room has a 55 inch SMART TV with a stereo receiver and speaker system along with a Pool Table, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Mini-Basketball, Air-Hockey, Dart Board, and bar with full size refrigerator and propane grill.

MEDIA ROOM AMENITIES: Includes a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and speaker system controlled with in-mounted iPad control along with poker table, bar, games, comfy dual-reclining couch.

ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds that will accommodate 14 people. There are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. The downstairs bunk room has six twin size bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service.

This home is close to the Texas Hill Country. Visit the Flat Creek Winery/Bistro for lunch or wine tasting then continue to Marble Falls for a fun day of exploring and looking for antiques. Other local establishments include a local golf course, paintball facility, shooting range club and lots of restaurants and stores in the Cedar Park area.

HOMEAWAY PROCEDURE: When you are interested in renting the property, you have 2 choices. You may do a "Book Now" or you may "Ask Owner a Question." If you are not sure you want to book this home or if you are not sure if this home is a good fit, please choose "Ask Owner a Question." That will allow us to discuss any questions you might have or find out if it is a good fit WITHOUT your credit card being charged. If you "BOOK NOW", we need a copy of your drivers license or passport along with a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of your booking. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE HONORED. Also, VRBO is no longer collecting Refundable Damage Deposits on behalf of the property owner so, there will be a $1,500 Damage Deposit needed as part of your rental terms and conditions.

**No weddings are allowed. No groups where most or everyone is under the age of 28. No loud, drinking parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties.

The house was exactly what you see on listing. The amenities were all accounted for and in an emasculate state. The stroll to the dock wasn’t terrible and the view, you just couldn’t beat! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake Escape
Perfect size for my family to Clearwater my dads 70th birthday! Everything was so clean, comfy and well kept. We had a private chef one night and the kitchen was well stocked for her. Ben was very easy to work with.

Wonderful home and beautiful view!
Huge home with a beautiful view. We traveled with our sales team and split between 3 home in the area. While we had 6 overnighters, 16 were in the area and the house accommodated them well for entertaining. It is a bit of a drive if you plan to visit downtown Austin or the “bats” but is otherwise a relaxing place

Beautiful view and fun property
Had a great stay on Lake Travis. The home is new and in great condition. Lots of toys to enjoy the water with. Fun game room with plenty to do when you are inside. Big deck with a view of the Lake. Just bring your own soap and shampoo.

Perfect!
We stayed here for an annual get together with friends. This home fit 14 guys very comfortably. It's conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants. This place had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The owner was very easy to contact when needed, always responsive, and genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home on Lake Travis!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and clean.
We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with our children and grandchildren. The grandkids loved the bunk room. We all had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We rented watercraft each day and thoroughly enjoyed using the lake. The marina across the lake made it easy to rent watercraft quickly and effectively. I would recommend this property for sure. Carlotta was always available and helpful.

Perfect Property
This house has it all. Every room was utilized for our family “reunion”. Kids of all ages enjoyed the downstair activities. Rented a boat from Briarcliff Marina that has pick-up service. Can’t say enough about this house. Will be recommending to all my friends who want a great lake house experience!

Perfect in every way...
This home is BEAUTIFUL. It is incredibly well maintained and breathtaking upon arrival. You can really tell that the owner has gone out of her way to think of everything that the guest might need/want for a great stay. She was a pleasure to work with as I tried to arrange this vacation for a large group of friends and our significant others. The owner made herself available for even the smallest of questions. I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again!

Everything and more!
We stayed here as a group of friends and family for March Madness weekend. The lower level was like we had our own personal bar with a TV, a pool table and a ping pong table to enjoy the games, while also having an amazing view of the lake on the other side. We also enjoyed using the paddleboards and canoes on the lake. The main level was gorgeous, amenable and very well kept. We had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay again.

Great house and location
The house is great. Kitchen and living area are great, with super views of the lake. The downstairs game room is a great place for kids (and adults) to hang out when you get tired of being on the lake. Upstairs media/game room is separate from the main living area, so if your kids get a little loud the adults can still have a conversation. House is directly across the lake from the Briarcliff Marina, so if you have your own boat, it doesn't take long to get gas/drinks/ice, etc.

The owner was responsive from the beginning and you can tell they live their home. It’s well taken care of and very well thought out. The floor plan and game rooms are amazing. The only thing that should be offered in this home that you should be prepared for is there was no body soap in the shower. Other than that everything was perfect

Rented for twins birthday, was sorry that I had chosen this house. From the moment we arrived and got up the two flights of stairs….we came to the front area and neither porch area or doors looked like they had been cleaned in months. Then we came into the house only to realize that the pictures did not match the house. The pictures make this house look amazing and enormous it was anything but that so I’m saying there was so many things that I can’t even tell them all. One of the things we kept noticing right when we first came in, there were buzzards sitting on the upper railing of the deck, and we go out to check and there’s buzzards down below as well cause there is a dead animal that had clearly been there for at least a couple of days, it was just behind the house. Ican’t beginning to list all the things that were somewhat questionable..The carpet was dirty, blinds broken in bedrooms, Second floor patio area (table & chairs filthy … cobbwebbs everywhere sitting area so dirty no one could Sit down until we cleaned them!!!) Also on the 2nd floor patio there were 3 incredibly large, red wasp nest.. these resulted in one of our people in our group getting stung and it Was not pleasant at all. I cannot forget to mention the dining table. In the pictures you’ll notice that it looks beautiful and just so grand….it would have been, however, the chairs were pleather and in such bad condition that they were shedding and flaking the old pleather all over the floor.

Our family of nine made some amazing fun memories at this very beautiful property on Lake Travis! Lots of room, very comfortable beds/furniture. There was no lack of anything including a fully stocked kitchen from appliances to kitchenware, dishes, and glasses, etc. There were soaps, shampoo, lots of towels. Nothing lacking! Lots of fun games to play inside and fun lake toys, too! Even enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit in the summer heat! Beautiful sunsets to watch every night! Everything was top notch! Carlotta is the best! She is very helpful and quick to respond to phone, text, and emails. There was plenty of room for our boat and two jets skis at the dock. Only regret we had is that we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be returning.

The house looks better on line than in person. Safety issues walking down to the dock because it's not lined up with sidewalk. My daughter fell and I fell because of this. Ants in there house and hornets and wasps all over patios. We also had issues with bathrooms. To pricey for what you get. Would not recommend.

BEWARE. Owner will take your deposit
Beware. Owner is out to take your security deposit. We sat in a chair that broke because it was sitting in the sun and purchased more than 7 years ago. Not only did the insurance company pay the owner directly for the cost of the chair, but the owner has also kept the full deposit and is refusing to refund the deposit.
