Located just steps from The University of Texas, this 4 bedroom apartment has a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and a private balcony patio. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms that have two double beds, and two more bedrooms that each have one double bed. All four of the bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, and personal laptop friendly workstations.
Our guests get complimentary access to the building amenities, including the large outdoor swimming pool and furnished sundeck. There's a poolside BBQ area with outdoor dining space. Inside, you'll find an entertainment lounge with a large flat screen TV and games, including table tennis, foosball and billiards. The study center has both group and private study rooms, plus free printing! Guests love our 24-hour fitness center overlooking the community pool, and our building is pet-friendly with a private bark park.

•The study room and gym at the Sparq Condominium will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. However, all other amenities remain accessible for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
• Extra blankets are not provided at the property; however, we have made sure that all beds are equipped with comfortable linens for your stay. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
• Please maintain a considerate noise level at all times, and be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM daily.
• While the pool will be open throughout the winter, please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. For your safety, we ask that you swim at your own risk.
Lost Key Fee:
• Please note that a $200 fee will be charged for lost key fobs ($100 per fob). To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that all keys be returned to the lockbox upon checkout.
Additional Services:
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

• Pets are welcome at our home. The pet fee is $50/pet. A maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. Please note that certain animals (like birds, parrots, toucans, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, frogs, spiders, ferrets, and exotic animals) and specific breeds (including Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Akita, Dobermans, Chowchows, Wolf Hybrid, Bull Mastiff, Dalmatian) are restricted.
