This home is truly a unique gem in an exceptional location. Experience all that downtown ATX has to offer, then retreat to your personal treetop hideaway and relax with your loved ones on the spacious patios.

Bedroom One:
Located on the first floor, to the left as you enter the front door, this cozy room features a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. It's an ideal space for children or a couple. Adjacent to the bedroom, you'll find a convenient half bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer.

Bedroom Two:
Upstairs, this inviting room offers a comfortable Queen bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony exclusively for your enjoyment.

Bedroom Three:
Also located upstairs, this room presents a luxurious King bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and an expansive private balcony that is truly a standout feature.

Due to these characteristics, we do not recommend the home for elderly individuals or those with difficulty climbing stairs. It accommodates up to 7 guests, but the standard occupancy is 6. Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy.
