The Space:
This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood just a few minutes from historic Downtown Round Rock. There are parks nearby, a library, restaurants, and bars in town, and the outlet mall is just two exits north. You’ll also be just about a 10-minute drive to Kalahari Resort and Dell Diamond, 15 minutes to The Domain, and downtown Austin is just 19 miles south.

When you need downtime, you can enjoy a spot on the couch in front of the big wall-mounted Smart TV. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with all you’d need to prepare meals at home! Including a dishwasher for easy clean-ups! There’s a dining area to enjoy a proper sit-down meal at home when you don’t feel like going out.

When you’re ready to retire for a good night’s sleep, you’ll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. You can sleep up to 8. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are luminous queen bedrooms. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom however just with a shower and sink, there is no toilet in this bathroom, but there is a full hallway bathroom with the works!

The property is dog-friendly. You can bring up to 2 dogs with a max of 60 lbs. combined weight. A signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night will be requested. (Please let us know at booking to get authorization. Sorry, no puppies or cats.)

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin (AUS) 24 miles | 38.4 km away. We recommend getting around by car and there is free parking at the driveway for two vehicles. There is also free street parking. When the weather is pleasant, enjoy walking through the beautiful, tree-lined, neighborhood. The town is just a few blocks away (about a 20-min. walk). You can also check out e-scooter and e-bike transport options like Bird, Jump, and Lime Bike. Just, please don’t leave scooters on the property or in the driveway. They must be left on the street curb in areas allowed by their apps.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Dogs only, sorry no puppies or cats. Two dogs max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. Pet fee is requested once boking is already confirmed. We allow dogs only (sorry no puppies or cats). Maximum 2 dogs as long as their combined weight is no more than 60 lbs.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
