Perfect central location! The Domain is 4 minutes away. Downtown is 15 mins away. Great dining, live music, shopping-all within minutes! 15 minutes to the Circuit of the America's. This large home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The backyard has a fire pit and tall trees. The Pitch (shown in photos) has cool shipping containers with dining and bars just out the backyard gate, and entertainment. Private neighborhood pool (key card in house).

The towels were thin, old, with holes, ratty. Bathrooms there was visible mold in several areas. Dust under furniture that looked as if it hadn’t been touched in years. Bathrooms had used soap from previous stays (bars…) Coffee mugs were very insufficient for the amount of beds advertised. Pillows were VERY dirty when cases were stripped. Old food left in the pantry that smelled. Paper blinds that were full of dust and seemed to have been there without being touched in forever. No toilet paper holder in the master, no door in the water closet which was very awkward. Some doors stuck and didn’t open/close properly. Overall definitely not what we expected. This house needs a serious look top to bottom before someone else rents.
