Lovely Property - amazing staff
We booked this property because eod the location through VRBO and would have had a better experience had we booked directly through the property. Nothing major, just some confusion regarding the pool and some verbiage in the VRBO listing. The staff is amazing and the property is still working out some kinks. Beautiful pool, lounging area, and amazing bar! If you are wanting to stay in the North Congress area I would recommend this property for sure.

Some improvement needed but overall good
This is a nice little property. The area of town is a little sketchy at night. It's like it's just 5 blocks too far out of the soco area where everything is. That said, it's is a very short drive to that zone and is easy access to the freeway. The parking situation was much to be desired and it seems like they still have some kinks to workout there. The only other minus I had was the walls seem thin. I had a lot of noise from both my above and side neighbors. But it was a very busy time for f1 and I'm guessing if you go during a quieter more normal time it would probably be much quieter. I had a 2 bed/2ba suite and it had all the amenities I needed plus Some. Was very comfortable, spacious and clean! All in all it was a cool Place to stay for the price and convenience. It seems like a new property and I think they just have some small things to work out.
