Great place for large group! Peace and quiet was wonderful!
We loved the decor in every area of the home. The pool, firepit and lawn was very well taken care of. You cannot beat the privacy and still so close to whatever you could need.

Quick getaway with old friends
The property was gorgeous and the host was really great with communicating with me throughout our trip. Wildflowers were everywhere along with bluebonnets. Definitely want to come back to this property.

We had such a great time over Spring Break at this property! It was perfect! Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had & was very accommodating. We were so sad to leave to leave, but will definitely book this property again in the future!

We loved our lil weekend getaway in this resort style house with a beautiful pool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possible need. We love the view and hanging on the patio at night. Highly recommend!

Overall, the property was great and just as advertised. Scott, the host, was very attentive to our needs and recommended many restaurants that turned out to be excellent. Excellent family gathering
This property was an amazing place to gather with family and friends! The owner was so attentive to all our needs and I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo with a better stocked kitchen. Everything you would need they had. The fire pit and outdoor areas were an amazing place to relax and chill out with friends. The location is perfect and very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and many fun activities.

This property was amazing and just like the images. The house literally has everything you need except to bring your own food. Just what we were looking for!
First off, Scott was by far the most accommodating and friendly host that we’ve ever experienced. He was responsive, helpful, and he has a fantastic property. The property itself was amazing and the location was perfect. Our kids lived in the pool on the hot days and we were a short drive from the city or the slower pace of places like Krause Springs. We were able to unplug, relax, and enjoy some of the best things Texas has to offer!

What a property and home! The views, the incredibly comfortable beds and soft bedding, the loungy seating on the deck, the string lights, the cut wood and fire pit area, room to breathe and hang out, great kitchen and family room, a ton of nice touches including responsive and friendly communication with Scott all just made for a memorable and pleasant quick getaway for our family of four. This home was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as shown in the description…and there were plenty of extras. There was consistent and proactive communication from the host. While we didn’t have any issues, it was nice to know someone was there if needed. I would love to come back and stay at this house again

This property is absolutely beautiful! Since many restaurants and wineries were closed we spent a lot of time at the house and enjoyed every minute of it! This house is stocked with everything you might need and lots of room to spread out. Scott, the owner, was quick to respond and helpful in any questions we had about the house and area. Couples Weekend
Every year our group of friends tries to take a couples’ trip. This year we all wanted a laid back environment and this property did not disappoint! The property was just as presented in the photos online - maybe even prettier in person. Additionally, Scott is truly an exceptional host; he communicated with me throughout the trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. The kitchen was without a doubt one of the BEST stocked kitchens I’ve experienced through VRBO. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking with Scott again in the future!

"A Home For the Holidays"
This beautiful home in the hill country was everything and more. The view from the moment you opened the front door was incredible! The home was warm, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly inviting. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely cooks kitchen, watching tv together in large and comfy living room, and sitting outside by the fire at the amazing fire pit! This home truly has it all! The owner Scott, was always available to help answer any questions we had. This would definitely be a destination we would come back to! Thank you Scott for making our Christmas with our children, one to remember!

Great getaway!
We had a very relaxing, much needed vacation. We made it a staycation and didn’t venture out much except for groceries because everything we needed was right there. The house/property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood away from it all but still close enough to stock up on food or drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and loved that even in the heat of the day - and believe me there was unprecedented heat during our stay- the pool was shaded. No overbearing afternoon sun with a gorgeous live oak shading it just right and a lovely view. The house is stocked so thoughtfully and we had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding Experience
Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott's property in early July. It is a beautiful home with fabulous amenities and spectacular views. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved our time by the pool, on the deck, and in the house. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of room for a good sized group. Dining/shopping/and entertainment were very conveniently located within 15 minutes. Scott was very quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay. He gave us great advice on where to dine and some of his favorite places to visit. We will definitely visit again, and we highly recommend this property!

Hill Country Christmas Retreat
What a perfect place for our family of 5 to rendezvous from three different locations for a Hill Country Christmas. A lot of VRBO listings "oversell" their location and amenities with their photos but I this property shows even better than the photos. The fenced 3-acres was dog-heaven for our "grandog" to run around. Our family could not get over the amazing view from inside and outside the home. We took full advantage of the spacious kitchen and dining room to cook and celebrate family meals. With the frigid weather forcing us indoors we spent family time playing games, reading by the fireplace, and watching Christmas movies and football on the family room TV with a nice streaming setup. While the frigid temps busted a water pipe outdoor -- Scott the owner went over and beyond to get the issue fixed with a crew even working on Christmas Eve. He offered to put us up at a local hotel for a night while water service was returned, but our crew elected to stay at the home which shows you how much they liked it. Scott gets an A+ in our books for communication and diligence in getting a problem fixed at a tough time! When the temps warmed up a bit we took advantage of the fire pit, wall of firewood, and horseshoe outside. Others sunned themselves on the nice deck and enjoyed the views. We look forward to staying at this beautiful property again in the near future. Thanks Scott!
