We have a driveway available for 1 car around the backside of the home. There is paid street parking at the front of our property.
Our record player comes with a selection of records. Please feel free to bring your own as well! Grundig Bluetooth Console Instructions are available on the unit. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Swim at your own risk. Please no glass in the pool area.
Please place the grill cover back on after use.

For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
