Originally built in 1904, Adina has been lovingly restored and re-imagined as an opulent retreat filled with art, history, and character. Located in the heart of the historic West End neighborhood, Adina offers an enviable location that is both convenient and full of charm. The ground floor features a brand-new kitchen and dining area with café seating for up to 16 guests (this is a shared space). Meanwhile, the top floor boasts a comfortable sitting room that offers breathtaking views of the iconic Austin skyline (also a shared space). Experience the cozy and inviting atmosphere of Suite 201, a charming 2nd story retreat with an eclectic, modern, Asian-inspired feel. This small but stylish suite features a queen-size bed and a writing desk, as well as unique artwork and stylish touches that give the room a distinctive character.
The ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and smart TV add to the suite's modern amenities, making it a perfect blend of old and new. With its cozy and inviting atmosphere, Suite 201 is the perfect home base for your next adventure.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Off-street parking spaces are available behind the home, including 1 handicapped space. The off-street parking is available on a first come first served basis. Additional parking can be found on the street.
- The kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting area are all available as shared communal spaces with other guests.
- There are outdoor security camera at both the front and back doors. There are also indoor cameras that monitor the hallways; there are two downstairs positioned over the entry door and two upstairs with one over the back door and the other mounted above the entryway to the lounge area. These cameras strictly cover the hallways which are considered common areas. There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any of the suites.
Accommodate larger groups by renting out an entire floor of Adina. You can also rent the entire B&B to accommodate extra-large groups and have 100% privacy.
Adina is located in the historic West End neighborhood, an area filled with art galleries, antique shops, local restaurants, and retailers. Despite its urban appeal, West End also boasts beautiful parks and nature trails, just minutes away from Adina. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Adina Suites will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. The 2nd Floor Sitting Area, Kitchen and Dining Areas within this Bed and Breakfast are Communal/Shared spaces.
