many issues with this rental
Our first issue was we were, twice, given the wrong access code. when we did get the correct code, it was 59 degrees inside the house. We tried to fix this issue with the thermostat with no success. It was finally determined a new thermostat was needed, they did provide 3 small heaters.
We looked for the bedding for the couch that turned into a bed in the pool room. In the linen closet found 3 shelves with wadded up piles of bedding. As well as a laundry basket on the floor of the closet with also unfolded items. It was not obvious what was clean and what may still be unwashed. When I talked to the management company about this they indicated they were not aware we were going to use this couch as a bed (this was because they never asked!).
We were not provided blankets, hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels/hot pads. The kitchen had no mixing bowls, serving bowls/platters, and no bakeware even though the description said we could make a homemade breakfast there. There was 1 useable skillet and one stockpot.
In one of the upstairs bedrooms there was a large window overlooking the houses on the other side of the street, it had no window coverings for privacy and to block the sun in the morning. using command strips we had to put up makeshift window coverings. Had to do the same over two doors in the pool table room.
The plumbing in the hall bathroom shower needs to be fixed, only about 20% of the water came through the shower head. 2 mice in the garage by washer
