Great little home in Georgetown
We came to town to visit my son in college and wanted to bring the dogs. This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable with the sweetest little back yard. The hosts left some nice conveniences like some bottled water and a few things in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great time to gather with our 2 sons and wives for Christmas holiday. One set lives in Georgetown, other flew in for a few days to visit. Had a great time. Home was perfect. Thank you so much!!

Perfect location, lovely house, local hosting issue
The house is as advertised, clean and well maintained. It's three blocks from a huge dog park and access to other parks and trails and a 10-minute walk to downtown Georgetown. The reason for the missing fifth star is the local hosting. By the time I got to the house I still hadn't received the information for the keypad to get inside, and the local host didn't answer the phone until my second call. I would recommend calling in advance to remind the local host to send the keypad code. As a side note, as with every rental I've ever stayed in, there is not enough light for reading in the living room or bedroom. I think I will start traveling with a headlamp!

We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the treats and having the yard for our puppy. Thank you for the 309 coffee; it was delicious! My only disappointment was the lack of communication with Evolve. When I called and/or left a message, no one ever responded.

Georgetown visit
This is an awesome little house. Prefect for what we needed. Very clean and definitely pet friendly. Nice fenced in back yard. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
