This custom-built, professionally designed home boasts an open living, kitchen, and dining area that seamlessly connects to the bedrooms and backyard entertainment space. A convenient half bath serves both indoor and outdoor areas, so there's no need to walk through the house when enjoying the outdoors. The home includes a 2-car garage for covered parking. The primary bedroom on the main level features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a twin daybed, a desk for remote work, and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 4, which has a queen bed.

Listing Interaction:
We may cross paths during check-in/out as we live here part-time. We’re super friendly but also respect your privacy. Other than that, the only time we may see each other is when we need to maintain the landscaping or pool but we try to do that during unbooked periods and will let you know if we need stop by to do any work on the property. The garage has an apartment on top which is also a short-term-rental.
Listing Neighborhood Overview:
The neighborhood is a mix of older and newer homes. People are generally friendly but keep to themselves. The house next door is also a short-term-rental.
***PARKING: Our garage and driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Any more than that will need to park in front of the house or on 10th St (about 50 ft away). If any part of your vehicle is encroaching the alley behind the house, the city will have it towed.
**CAMERAS: We have a ring camera on the front door and back gate/pool equipment.
**GUEST COUNT: The number of people at the property cannot exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation. Our cleaning crew charges us for supplies and cleaning based on guest count as well as preparation for incoming guests.
**BEDROOM: Bedroom 3 is intended to be a workspace but also has a twin modular floor mattress /couch. Adults can sleep on it but it's mainly for children.
****Pool Heating $50/Day up to 90 degrees.
Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you want the pool heated. DO NOT TRY TO TURN THE POOL HEATER ON. IT MUST be turned on/off via app to avoid damaging the equipment. $1,000 fine will be issues for tampering with any of the pool equipment. (sorry...bad previous guest)
***Please do not remove the pool cleaner (robot) without asking. The pool runs on automatic timers and can burn out the motor if running while the cleaner is removed.
***If you're NOT an experienced Airbnb Guest***Given that this is our primary home, and multiple instances with "verified" airbnb guests trying to book under someone else's account, scams, etc...we use a 3rd party company for ID verification and damage insurance for guests without a lot of history on Airbnb. You’ll be given the option to pay a small non-refundable damage waiver or fully refundable deposit. Due to past experiences with a few "bad" guests, this is a non-negotiable requirement for inexperienced guests.
**CLOSETS: Given that this is our primary home, we have the pantry and closets locked, but do have a freestanding rack for hanging clothes if needed. We also have suitcase stands in every bedroom. Please let us know if you think you'll need to hang up more than a few items during your stay and we'll try to accommodate.

*Keep exterior doors closed when not going in/out.
*Absolutely no more guests than what is on the reservation.
*No more than two cars (total) in the garage and/or driveway.
