This new 2BR, 2BA apartment offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court. 10 mins from Austin Airport, 8 mins from Downtown, 14 mins from South Congress & 20 mins from The Domain! After a day of exploring the city's many attractions, relax in the comfort of your own space! Bring your furry friends along too, as pets are welcome here!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

There is no smoking inside of the home, no parties, loud music or events. Please keep in mind we do have neighbors, thank you!
$500 fine will be applicable if any rules are broken

Please note that we charge $25 per night per pet fee. We allow maximum of 2 dogs. No cats, sorry.
