Cleanliness and loud neighbors, convenient location
The master bedroom, living/dining room, and kitchen all were accurate to the listing description and photos, clean, and comfortable. The second bedroom had a stained dirty comforter, which meant my guest had to sleep using a thin blanket to avoid using it. The master bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, which caused the bathroom and connected bedroom to smell if the door was not closed. The owner was quick to order replacements for the dirty comforter and moldy shower curtain. The location is convenient and surrounded by restaurants and stores, entertainment venues, and has people active at most hours, so walking at night felt safe. However, on our last day/night someone began staying in the unit above us and could be heard at all hours loudly walking or moving objects. Running in the hallway could easily be heard over the TV when we watched it in the living room. During the day, construction was taking place at the pool downstairs, and due to the window placement of the property we could hear it loudly throughout each room. There isn't much that an owner can do for loud neighbors or construction sounds, but it was disruptive during our stay. Overall, the owner was responsive when we brought up issues, but I wish we did not have these issues to begin with.

Great Location
Can walk to shops/restaurants. Good size living area space. 2nd bedroom was really an office with glass doors, pretty small. It was fine for 2 nights or if you put kids there. Balcony door wouldn’t shut all the way so it was pretty loud with nearby bars but owner said that would get fixed.

Short stay in The Domain condo
The condo was super cute. Several things need to be repaired. The ceiling fan in the king room is not operating correctly. There was an issue with parking. We needed a parking pass and we're not made aware of that.

Daughters 21st birthday
We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful property. It was very clean and well equipped, also updated decor and comfortable beds. We loved the pool area and was awesome to be able to walk to everything. We had an amazing time celebrating my daughters 21st birthday!

MOTOGP weekend
Massiel was a great host, answered all my questions and provided recommendations near the Domain. Location is perfect, no need to drive anywhere since stores and restaurants are walking distance. We visited Austin for the MOTOGP race weekend and this was a good location to lodge after a full day at the track. We’ve found our new spot to stay every year during MotoGP weekend.
