Modern Mimosa isn’t just a place to stay – it's your new home away from home.

Our home features a full kitchen, two living areas with multiple, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful yard. Professionally designed and remodeled, everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality!

Our Mimosa is nestled in a tranquil corner of Georgetown on a serene street adorned with a blend of families and empty-nesters. Just a stone's throw away from Southwestern University and the charming downtown square, the location the homes is the ultimate urban retreat offering peace and quiet for a relaxing stay.

A car is recommended, but UBER, Lyft, a bike, or walking works too! Access to our home is provided via smartlock, and while we probably won't see you, we'll be sure to wave and say hello if we do!

Great Property on Quiet Street
This was a fantastic property and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well kept. Photos are entirely accurate and prompt and easy communication with property management. Will definitely return on future trips to Georgetown.

Georgetown's Gem
1608 Mimosa could not have been more perfect, from the ease of the personalized code to unlock the front door, to the generous available pantry offerings. Beautifully renovated MCM home with everything in better-than-new condition as well as supremely tasteful interior decorating. Oh and the neighborhood is beyond perfect....old Georgetown at it's finest. All-in-all an unbeatable place to stay while visiting the great, historic town of Georgetown.
