This spring box is located in a beautiful grotto located at the back of our property. You can see into the grotto from the yard!

Perfect for a small group of friends on a Gals-Get-Away
We came to see the waterfalls. We, also, went to the Olive Company. It was a great place for lunch. The house was perfect for us. We each had our own beds, and two bathrooms were perfect for 4-women. The neighborhood was quiet and house was in a central location for everything we were wanting to do. We would definitely stay here again. (please do not post the following. There is a very bad ant problem in the kitchen. We had to throw away 1-1/2 loaves of bread, cereals, and other food items that were not in tightly sealed containers. Also, for the middle bedroom, if you would consider putting a curtain of some kind over the door windows. We taped a towel up over the bedroom door's windows for privacy.)

wonderful place in old Dripping Springs
Overall, the property was great. The kitchen could use a few more items like glassware, etc. Also, we got a tissue box that had about three tissues in it so had to go purchase a box. For what we paid, it would have been nice to supply some. We liked the house very much though and will rent again.

Clean and functional but!,..no hairdryer, no dishwasher, only one TV and for the price these should be fixed, at least 2 TVs etc.. Check-in process worker OK, check-out was easy. Minor issue with no dish washing liquid in the kitchen was attended to very quickly. Otherwise a comfortable stay

Great location and accommodations
Overall, we enjoyed the house and location! You do need some type of covering over the glass door in the middle bedroom. Also, it would help to have instructions for the use of the TV. We would stay again!

Cozy home
We came in from out of state for Christmas to visit family. The home was clean and cozy. Very cute. Everything worked great. Property management communicated and answered any questions I had. Under beds were pretty dusty and maybe forgotten about but not horrible. Washer and dryer located outside of the home so you have to walk outside to access which wasn’t a big deal because weather was good. There is a Keurig coffee maker so if you’re a coffee drinker, make sure you bring your own coffee! It was very quiet and peaceful and great location. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay! The house is cute and decorated really nicely. The only thing missing is a washer dryer, it would have been very nice to have since we were at the house for a few nights. Quiet area and close to town, so very convenient.

Super Cute!
Great property, great location, adorable home! The only minor thing was a fairly significant puddle inside the refrigerator when we first arrived. Everything still functioned properly, but that may be something to check out

Nice house
Very nice interior. Spacious and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway. As others have mentioned, the fence is incomplete, which fine, unless you have escape artist pets.

Fantastic location
Loved the location of this property in relation to the activities we were doing in Dripping Springs. Close to shopping, restaurants, wine tours! Only complaint is that the internet was very sporadic and the tv didn’t work at all during our stay

Not as advertised
We rented the property specifically because it advertised a fenced in property that was pet friendly. The gate at the property has fallen off the hinges and the fence is not closed in. I wouldn't mind walking my dog however I have a broken foot which posed a huge problem. WIFI did not work. The property manager and I were in contact but there was not router in the home. We had to use our phone hotspots to watch television.

Great property overall
We enjoyed our stay at Milk Bath Springs House. Cute interior and plenty of room for our crew. Something was wrong with the refrigerator. The freezer looked like it snowed inside and the fridge would not get cold. May want to have that checked. The outside looks nothing like the inside. It wasn’t very well kept outdoors. The gates were broken and it looked a little run down when we first arrived. We were able to overlook the negatives and enjoyed our stay very much.

Mixed experience
Outside property is different from the pictures. Did not see the pergola, plant boxes, the yard was mostly dirt with brown weeds. The house is nicely decorated inside. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the fireplace was full of ashes and caused the entire house to smell like a campfire. The WIFI did not work so the TV did not work. We had to share one roll of toilet paper between 2 bathrooms, one of the light bulbs in the 2nd bathroom did not work, very little hand soap (which was watered down) in bathrooms. There was no kitchen towels or paper towels. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and cups provided. There were no bath mats so used a towel instead. Called the management company. They dropped off one roll of TP, one hand soap and 2 light bulbs. Discovered the light socket was broken. Never got the WIFI fixed. I was told that Spectrum had been called but I found out it was for the unit next door. Asked the Spectrum worker onsite and he told me that he did not see that the house was serviced by Spectrum. There was no equipment at the house. We were there to attend a wedding. The master bathroom had a bathtub with a hand shower nozzle. It would have been difficult to get in and out of for most people, so the 5 of us shared the 2nd bathroom shower. Getting ready in that 2nd bathroom with one light was challenging. We never found the Washer/Dryer.

Wedding weekend
The main house is very cute and well decorated. It’s spacious enough for 5-6 people. It was very clean. It’s nice to be able to sit in and he outside spaces for some fresh air. We enjoyed our weekend. I only wish I had noticed the second house was available to book and we would have added more friend and family.
