Bad system at works
The property was over booked. Vbro, collected the money for my 2 week stay and when I arrived in Austin from Houston, I was told that the property was already rented to somebody else. Then I was told to wait 5 to 7 days for refund. If the refund didn’t happen, call us back !!!????? Will never use Vbro again.

Not as advertized
The good thing about the property is that it is new, clean and tastefully decorated. Also, the furniture was comfortable. I agree with another poster who said that the unit was under supplied. Everything was meager.. we even had to buy more toilet paper ( only one half a roll was provided)! There weren't any generous touches. Biggest problem was it was advertised as having two full screen TVs but neither of them worked because there was no service and there was no internet. It was also listed with a twin futon which didn't exist. Another poster had the same problem with no internet or TV service in October and the problem was never resolved. My guess is they're trying to save money by not hooking up the service.

Don't trust the description
Great location and clean...but don't trust the description. Did not have wifi or internet the entire stay. We were patient and gave the owner the time to sort this out, but he failed and would not provide a refund. Also, there were dirty dishes in the dish washer and very little to no consumables (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) upon arrival. Dishes consisted 1/2 nice and 1/2 plastic. Unfortunately we can't rate this property better considering our worldwide experiences with VRBO and other similar services.
