SXSW 2025 - This vacation rental makes the perfect home base for the South by Southwest (SXSW) conference! Located just minutes away from many event venues. You’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading! We recommend exploring ride-share, e-scooter, and public transportation options to avoid parking issues as traffic increases significantly around this event.


THE HOME

The open kitchen, living, and dining area is a welcoming space your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV with cable + streaming. Floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and lead out to the main patio that offers access to the pool* via a small staircase.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. You’ll also enjoy complimentary WiFi, coffee, concierge services, and more. To the left of the living area and stairs, you’ll find the first guest bedroom with two Queen beds as well as a separate full bathroom.

Heading up the stairs, you’ll find a landing with a secondary living area fitted with a flat screen TV and double-twin trundle bed. You’ll also find the second guest bedroom with two Queen beds down the hall with a separate full bathroom. A small staircase on the second-floor landing leads to the Master bedroom which is fitted with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity.


THE PATIO + BACK YARD

Sliding glass doors lead to a small back patio (on the home's main level) with a small table and seating area. Stairs lead down to the back yard, lower-level patio (featuring a bright, Instagram-able mural and additional seating area), and the swimming pool*.

*NOTE: The pool can be heated for a fee of $150 / day.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS


1) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our Luxurious Riverside Retreat is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.

4) Pets are NOT permitted

5) Only street parking is permitted and is easily available
