Lovely spot
Home was just as advertised. Linens, towels hi end. Kitchen had loads of implements/tools if you wanted to cook. Backyard beautiful with a lovely hot tub. Would recommend this property. East Austin neighborhood diversified restaurant, bar and shopping options.

Amazing rental!
Excellent property and rental! Looks even better in person than the photos show. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities! We had a group of 4 (2 couples) and it was perfect, we had the downstairs, friends had the upstairs, and never felt like we were tripping over each other or anything. Just a couple things could be improved though. Curtains over the windows (instead of just blinds) would be a great addition, as it was very bright every morning. Also please turn the hot water heater up! We were constantly running out of hot water, even when we spaced it out and only showered one at a time. Definitely not enough hot water for 4 adults attempting to take quick showers haha. Having said that though, still a great property and would highly recommend!

First time in Austin
We travelled to Austin to see the Solar Eclipse, there were 6 adults in our group (3 couples) and everyone was so impressed by our accommodations. The property is very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the whole property was beautifully decorated. It was a quick Uber ride to dt Austin and the shops on South Congress Street. We loved this property and hope to be back soon!

We absolutely had a blast! Very comfortable and clean. The beds and bedding are out of this world. We stayed here while attending a work conference and it was absolutely perfect. I recommend for 4 people or 3 couples. Amazing!

Girls Trip
This was a great location to stay for our Girls Trip. The house was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was solid, and the living room was perfect for cozy sitting and relaxing. We were walking distance to lots of cool spots and it was also easy to get uber/Lyft.

Immaculate and Well Stocked property but....
The property itself was awesome. Very clean as the other reviews indicated, and VERY well stocked. There were some really cool books on the shelves I didn't have a chance to look at. However, it was located in a seedy neighborhood, and amenities were not close. It appears that this neighborhood is being bought out by rental agencies perhaps, there were other similar looking homes amidst some really shady properties so maybe it's an up and coming area. We had no problems with crime, it's just nothing was near by. We did have some problems with the property itself. Roughly an hour or two before our arrival, I received an email saying I need to keep the thermostat at 76 or something in that range otherwise the air conditioner would fail. Mind you it's 100+ in Austin currently, but we managed to rough it a couple of nights. The last night, I guess the air conditioner failed anyway - it was an uncomfortable 80+ in the house. The second night, the lock indicated it was "low on batteries". When we called the property manager, they said they would "send batteries the next day for us to install". I don't have the habit of carrying screwdrivers for installing batteries while traveling but fortunately they did send someone to do it. During this time, they also sent a message saying not to shower either because of an issue with some issue. (Say what??!). Anyways, we were glad our stay was only 3 days!

Quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen utensils, cookware and appliances. Plenty of towels for bathrooms. Clean and ready bbq. jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Definitely would stay again and recommend this place.

Clean and pristine but also homey!
We LOVED this house! It was clean, extremely well stocked, and spacious, but also had some really nice touches that made it feel homey like books, records and a record player, and sweet decor like a little wall mounted winding music box. As a cook, I appreciated that the kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed, and after injuring myself on my trip realized it was even completely stocked with everything first aid related that I could have needed! My only complaint was that I wasn’t dealing with the home owner, but instead a company. I had asked through email that a different email be used for me since I had made the arrangements for the house on my work email and wouldn’t be able to access it while away, but since it wasn’t a person I was dealing with, but a company, meant that request was ignored and I subsequently missed their messages involving air conditioning until I was back home. All in all though, our stay was wonderful, and I would stay there again.

This house is a gem, pristine and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area. It was so easy to check in and out and a wonderful place for our family to gather. The host was very helpful and attentive. We hope to stay there when next visiting Austin.

Really nice!
This is a really nice house seems to be nearly brand new. Well stocked with anything you need whether you're cooking or doing laundry even. Centrally located just a 10 minute Uber ride anywhere in the city. The only negative I can say is that they did not blow the sticky leaves off the front of the house and sidewalk area. It made it difficult to sit out front and we tracked a lot of the sticky leaves inside the house. We felt bad and tried to clean the best we could! We would definitely book this again on our next trip.
