You booked a handicap accessible room when I requested a simple 2 queen room. I understand this was to save cost, busy caused a lot of headache upon check-in. Plus, someone who really needs that room was deprived of the opportunity.

Great quality hotel and staff!
Our stay was awesome! Our first day there we needed help jumping our car, and a custodian and a landscaper came to our rescue. Everything in the hotel worked great, hot water on demand, super comfy bed, very good breakfast food.

I had gone in around 2:45 and asked if there was a way to check in early (didn’t mind paying a fee) and was told my room was not ready which was understandable. She told me that she would notify housekeeping to make it a priority and guaranteed check in was at 4. I showed up at 4 and was told there was no note made and room was still not ready. 3rd party website booked a Accessible Room. The awesome person that checked me in (can’t remember her name but was from Orlando -name tag saying that I remember) changed my room around to be able to get me a room that was ready. I would not have made it in time for the event I was in town for if it wasn’t for her. Thank you so much! The room itself was really sparkling clean, and beds were super comfortable and tidy. I work in a different type of hospitality business and check for things like this, definitely a A . We didn’t partake in the breakfast that was offered, but smelled amazing. I will definitely consider staying here again if I ever find a need to stay overnight in Austin.
