Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix, and two washers/dryers add convenience during your stay.

Savor a cocktail on the covered back patio equipped with a dining table, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, and a 56-inch TV. Or sip morning coffee on the upstairs covered patio. Inside, the open living space has wood floors and beams, plus lots of natural light. Stretch out on the leather sofa and armchairs and watch shows on a 65-inch smart TV with a soundbar in the downstairs living room. Head upstairs to a second living area furnished with leather recliners, a sofa, and a 65-inch TV with a soundbar. Bring favorite recipes to life in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with marble quartzite countertops and an island with a six-burner gas stove. There's seating at the bar and a knotty wood dining table.

Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
