The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. It's larger than you'd expect for those who need to work. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The back bedroom also has a queen, two end tables, and closet. You can access the private fenced patio at the end of the hallway. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size stackable laundry is in a closet in the living room corner.
The patio is private, and like the shares a common wall with the unit next door. There's a large yard out the patio door as well that's shared with other guests, but other than that, everything else is completely separated. The driveway is reserved for YOU, but you can also park on street (front and side) if needed.
We live just a couple blocks away, and are downtown a lot for work/social/fun. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we will get it taken care of. We very much care about your experience and want to make sure your stay is great!
The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of old and new homes, nestled in a diverse part of downtown. Here, you can find commercial and residential areas all together in the same vicinity. The people here are very friendly; you often see neighbors talking to each other on their porches or out on a walk. There are trails nearby leading to the river, parks, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops for everyone to explore downtown. It's a great place for residents to come together and make the most of living in such an exciting part of town!
There is plenty of street parking, but you'll have access to the private driveway where you can load/unload and enter the property from the patio. We stay here sometimes when it's not booked, and generally walk or ride bikes everywhere we go.
We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom. When it's not booked, my wife & kids often stay and/or work from here and love it.
