Was a great spot for a quiet weekend getaway. In a sleepy acreage community, the house sits up nice with good scenic views. Comfortable and clean inside. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Dripping Springs Staycation
Came from California to spend a weekend with my son, his wife and my 3 grandkids who live in Dripping to hangout with me. The place was perfect for a 10, 12 and 14 year old to hang out...swimming, hot tubbing, competitive ping pong and corn hole games. It was the perfect spot for everyone!

Lovely & Cozy
It was an awesome property. It felt very cozy and homey. The pool was perfect for Texas weather we had that weekend. The property sits on a small hill and when you sit in the pool facing you can see the tree tops of other properties and it is so quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was that there were mosquitos inside the house in every room. At night trying to sleep while one or two came close to our ears was the toughest. Other than the mosquitos this place was great.

Perfect getaway
Really enjoy this place, our second time here. Great night sky, was perfect viewing for the meteor shower. Love the house, quiet and private yard with the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the wineries nearby. Be sure to make a reservation to take in the nearby iconic Hamilton Pool also.

Family Getaway
The property was great. The owner had some issues with the water pump in the pool but he was a nice guy and he fixed it himself. The property is so quiet and we saw so many deer families! The stars at night were big and bright! The house was clean, had many nice things to use. Just an all around nice place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous home
We so enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one is A+. It was spotless with all amenities. I have 2 suggestions. a. Directions to work the remote for the TV in Living area. 2. Reflectors on mailbox and along the fence driving up to the property. It was late and foggy and we had trouble seeing the driveway. Other than those 2 things, it was amazing. We will come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors. The deer were all around us in the mornings .

Great Quiet Cottage Getaway
This was a great place for a quiet getaway! We enjoyed our time a lot! The pool is not heated, but sits it the sun so on warm days it was still enjoyable and the hot tub can be used when the pool isn't warm enough. Very clean and had everything we needed. It is about a 10min drive into the neighborhood but that's why it's so quiet and private. Dripping Springs and the neighboring towns have a lot to offer with wineries, distilleries, and breweries as well as for food options. A lot of places are closed Monday - Wednesday but there were still options even during this time. Our goal was to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet and this cottage was perfect for that as we didn't feel the need to leave if we didn't want to. They have games, shows, a fire pit, and the pool and hot tub with everything you need to use any of them already there.

Best Girl's Trip
My daughter, SIL and niece had the best time! We arrived on Friday and everything was perfect. The cleaners communicated with us to confirm what time we would arrive so they had everything ready to go. The decor is so inviting and cozy. We felt like we were at home immediately. Justin was available anytime we had a question and went above and beyond to make our trip everything we could have asked for. The view from the pool and hot tub area was gorgeous and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the views, swimming, grilling and just hanging out. Staying at VRBO's often, I usually have to purchase things like spices and cooking oils that most don't have but the cabin was stocked. They even had a nice bottle of wine chilling in the fridge for us. This was our first girl's trip and we plan on making it a yearly trip. I want to plan another trip with my husband soon though! Thank you Justin for an amazing weekend!
