This was by far the best property we have ever stayed at! I would recommend some notes about the driveway. It is very steep and difficult for to get a low car in without scraping. Perfectly restful house and neighborhood…We really enjoyed ourselves!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the backyard. The home is in a perfect location, we could walk almost anywhere we needed to go. A short 10-minute drive to campus for the football game, too. The house is clean, comfortable and very cute.

Great Stay
This was the perfect spot for a dad/daughters getaway. We met here from MT and NC and found this spot to be very convenient and easy to get around. The Ubers were so easy and always arrived within 5-10 minutes for a quick trip to downtown for $10. Everyone was so nice. We did not use the kitchen except for coffee in the AM but looked well equipped. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice Property!
This house is well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was nice that we could enjoy a cup of coffee our first morning without first having to purchase supplies. The outdoor space was lovely and well suited for our dog. We hope to stay here again in the future, as it is near our family.

Perfect location
This little house just west of the Clarksville area of Austin is situated in a quiet well kept neighborhood with gorgeous homes nearby. it is in a perfect location to explore downtown Austin. The beds were both very comfortable. One bedroom has a pillow top traditional mattress the other has a memory foam. I would describe both as plush rather than firm. Perfect for us. The water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water for the four of us. The kitchen is nicely equipped. If you prefer to cook, some staples are available in the pantry for that. Since we were 4 adults with different coffee preferences, a keurig style coffee machine would have been nice. The living room and dining room furniture was good quality and very comfortable (not worn out which you many times find in VRBO's). We coldn't ever get the Roku or smart TV to connect to Netflix. Perhaps the owner could provide dirctions for that. But we really didn't miss it because we were so busy with wedding festivities. The yard was private and nice. A fire pit surrounded by chairs would be a nice addition. Another suggestion would be to put a long narrow table or chest on the wall across from the bed in the master bedroom. There is no table top space in there so we used the ironing board. Overall our experience was very pleasant and we would stay there again.
