The room was fine. You have to ask for room service. The picture of the room that I reserved had a Keurig in it, so I brought some extra pods. There was no Keurig in the room and the coffee they had in the room was pretty bad. There is no free coffee in the lobby either.

Pillows were hard; not comfortable. No morning coffee. Had to pay 2.70 for a cup. No breakfast. Yes, I knew that but even the options sucked. For $146, I should have had a soft pillow and a cup of coffee. I wouldn’t recommend. Only stayed there because a friend was playing in the band that’s connected to the hotel.

The bed had a hump in it and the pillows have no support. The sink was a little dirty. The live TV did not work. Reserved a room with bathtub but they have no rooms with bathtubs. I specifically booked it because I needed for medical reasons.
