Perfect for a family vacation, girls trip, weekend getaway or an extended remote work venture! Fully stocked bathroom so you can travel worry free, tons of storage space, laundry room and a huge backyard to enjoy the summer sunshine. 10 min from downtown ATX & UT Austin!

The Space
Unbeatable natural light brings a bright and airy vibe to this little blue house. Beautiful wood flooring spans the open concept kitchen and living room, decorated with local art and pieces from around the world.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and basic spices so you and your loved ones can enjoy a home cooked meal cozied in the hand-made dining nook!

The left bedroom with the black bed frame features a desk with table top outlets and desk lamp to keep you focused at any hour. The right bedroom with the wooden bed frame has a white cane console with games and books for you to enjoy! Both bedrooms have a wooden barn door which conceals a closet with hangers for your use and extra sheets & blankets. The laundry room is at the end of the carport and available for your use!

From the right bedroom you can walk onto the covered patio and into the expansive, lush backyard. Great for enjoying the cool and calm mornings and continuing the day with patio drinks and outdoor games!

Guest Access
You will receive key pad information a few days before your arrival so you can check in and out at ease. There is a set of keys inside for laundry room access.
There is a carport and driveway available for your use as well as street parking if necessary. You can scooter, uber or walk to most places and have a comfortable and enjoyable time.


Other things to note
Please be mindful of the neighbors as it is a family neighborhood. This is an incredible part of Austin, you will absolutely love it. Once you book, I’ll send you my list of Austin favs!

The placed smelled like mildew. It was absolutely rancid. I’m glad I happen to have a few incense sticks with me. But that still didn’t help much. It was impossible to get used to. Ended up leaving a day earlier because it was so horrible. Would’ve left sooner, but I had a very important market. I had to attend.

Loved this place!!
We went for my friend’s bachelorette trip and this was the cutest, cleanest and best located stay we could have asked for. The host replied to all of my messages in a timely manner. It was a quick drive to all places we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back!

Cozy Property
The property was very comfortable for four adults and a baby. Everything in the house worked with no issues and we truly enjoyed our week long stay. Both the north and south sides of Austin are within 10-15 minutes of the house, depending on traffic. Definitely would stay here again in a future trip to Austin!

Quick Girls trip!
My 3 best friends and I just had a quick girls trip to Austin! The house was perfect for the 4 of us! Close to everything in a quick Uber ride! The house had a full kitchen in case you wanted to cook! Really cozy place! The communication with our host was 100/10 she was available to us when we had a few questions! I would definitely stay again /)

Nothing so perfect but the house was pretty dang near for 5 people, inside of the house was really clean, simple and easy instructions were straight forward, spoke with Isha and she responded in a timely manner, would stay here again if I have a another small group

Isha provided us with the best customer service. Her favorite Snickernut cookie coffee is now one of my favorites too! EXTREMELY comfortable mattresses and the sheets were soooooo soft! The home was clean and I had no problems at all. Isha made sure we were set and well taken care of!! Thank you!!

Convenient location, nice house
The house is well-appointed, comfortable, clean and very close to downtown. The neighborhood would greatly benefit from a lawn mower, including this property. Unmowed front and back yards give the appearance of lack of care. Happily that was not the case inside.

Quaint House
The house is suitable for 2 people. We were grateful we only needed 1 night in Austin. The neighborhood is being gentrified. We didn't feel safe walking at night around the neighborhood. Also, the coffee pot is the size of the one you get in a motel room. It was dirty, as was the french press. After realizing the coffee pot and french press weren't clean we opted not to use any of the dishes.

COTA Race Weekend - Evenings Downtown
SFR in convenient neighborhood between COTA and downtown Austin. We went to the track two days and downtown for dinner in the evening. Perfect location for access to both. Host provided TV and Wi-Fi worked great, snacks, water and coffee in kitchen (thank you!!) and toiletries helped out of state travelers. House is small but rooms are big enough for comfort. We stripped beds and took out trash and recycle. Cleaning requests were not inconvenient. Very quiet, relaxing. I hope to visit again. Thanks!

Moto Weekend at COTA
Found this property last minute for my brother-in-law, my wife and me. Great location and clean. Lots of little extras like coffee, soap etc. available. Some reviews complained about the safety of the neighborhood, but it is fine. It reminds me of our neighborhood in Houston Heights.

Great space and location
My husband and our infant came to Austin for a family wedding. We chose this place based on location and for a great price. We were pleasantly surprised with the “extras” like little snacks upon arrival and bathroom essentials like tooth picks, makeup pads and q-tips! Sadly it was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the back deck which was a selling point. We did have difficulty getting in as our code was not working however Isha was very quick to respond, get us inside immediately and then solve the issue quickly! Communication was great from the start. We also requested to check in early and they were able to accommodate. I would recommend this place!

Wonderful Experience
This home was perfect for a small family or group of friends. The host took extra care to make the home comfortable and provide all of the necessary essentials. Snacks and toiletries were also provided for guest use. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying on this property.
