Comfy and convenient

Overall we were very happy with the rental! It met all our criteria for a 3 day visit to Austin with our baby and dog. Close access to highways, fenced in backyard, and multiple rooms with a pack and play.

Excellent

Communication with Cynthia was the best experience she is very responsive and accommodating. We originally were traveling with dogs and then my aunt decided not to go and so no dogs. I let her know and she immediately without any request refunded me the dog charge. The house is super cute, unfortunately we basically just slept there, but it was clean and well kept. I will book with VRBO and Refresh again. Thank you!
