This lovely one-level home is perfect for your next Round Rock vacation. Just a few blocks from the enormous Old Settlers Park, with playgrounds, a pond, walking trails, sports fields, and a waterpark, you’ll have plenty to do right at your doorstep. If you’re looking for attractions further afield, you’re right in the middle of luscious Hill Country and central Austin is around 25 miles south.

Before you start exploring, take some time to enjoy your home base. Start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail on the private flagstone patio in your backyard. The kids will love playing in the large, fenced yard while you relax. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly decorated, welcoming space. The large, eat-in kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space to keep the chef happy. In the evening, there’s room for the whole family to spread out on the leather sectional and stream a movie or post the day’s pics to social media. At the end of a fun day, relax in the central AC and fire up the gas grill for a simple dinner. Comfortable bedrooms await at the end of your first – and every – perfect vacation day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
