Live in the true center of downtown Austin! Brazos Place was originally built in 1948 as the 14-story Commodore Perry Hotel. Its rebirth into 72 residential condominiums was completed in 2008. It sits between the Texas State Capitol, 6th St. Entertainment District & Congress Ave. At the base a massive lobby welcomes guests. There is a large, relaxing rooftop deck and a 24-hour concierge, washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher and microwave in the unit! Fitness Center(code @desk). Features include exposed duct work, stainless steel appliances & concrete floors

Full kitchen, walk-in closet, washer/dryer room. Ready for you! No smoking inside - check out the roof deck! - Pets are allowed with the owner's approval. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

In the heart of downtown Austin, this location will allow you to walk to all entertainment, restaurants, and bars. A perfect place to relax on the roof deck, grab a margarita at one of the many bars on the 6th, walk to Town Lake, go shopping, and enjoy all Austin has to offer!

1-2 guests can stay here comfortably in a King-sized bed and there is also a large couch, and queen luxury air mattress (upon request). You will enjoy the open kitchen and living room concept while overlooking Congress St and have quick access to the outdoors.

Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, wireless internet, and other amenities will welcome you to our home. However, many of our guests are so impressed by the location that everything else is just extra. You can't beat it! You will not be disappointed!
