The premises were spotless, beautiful decor, excellent local. Close to all the fun. The bed was also super comfy, and the kitchen well stocked with anything you need. Just bring the groceries!

We highly recommend this stay! The vibe was the best! The room was beautiful and very updated, all new! The balcony was a pleasant addition for the evenings to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 all the amenities was amazing and the staff hands down are 10/10 !!!!

Loved the location, room and building vibe. Was able to check in early Front desk was helpful Scooters parked outside for ease of access They need more hooks in the room for basic utility. No where to hang jackets, towels or anything really. There is a lot of development in the area but sound is nearly buffered. However I imagine it can get loud. Pool was awesome Overall would stay again

Perfect stay
Cozy studio apartment with a nice balcony that has a view of the Colorado river. Conveniently located next to Rainey Street with a grocery store, bars and restaurants all within walking distance and scooters available for rent to quickly get a little further if you’d like to explore the area. Perfect stay for a week in Austin. Balcony and rooftop have the best views! Only complaint would be the lack of lighting in the living space and bathroom and that there was only one mirror in the entire place. Working from home was pretty seamless here.
