Backyard the designer pool & two patios are surrounded by tall bamboos - oasis in the heart of downtown Austin.

LOCATION:
- Super close to the Convention Center (SXSW) and downtown Rainey/6th St. Walk to E. 6th street entertainment district (Hotel Vegas, Scoot Inn, the White Horse).
- The famous La BBQ and many restaurant and bars are all within two blocks from the house.
- Walk to the best breakfast taco place at Las Cazuelas, and grab your morning latte across street at Flat Track Coffee.
- For sure also check out the nearby food truck parks, new food trucks are featured all the time, it's part of Austin's food culture.

THE HOUSE
We design and setup the place with big group in mind.
THE MAIN HOUSE’s open-concept living/dining/kitchen area has lots of space for eating, lounging, cooking, laughing, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV, and planning your Austin itinerary. Stained concrete floors, sleek modern furnishings, designer finishes, and unique art make this house a contemporary gem.

In the galley-style kitchen, you’ll find all major appliances, cabinets fully stocked with culinary necessities, and tons of counter space for making a big meal.

THE STUDIO APARTMENT above the garage is completely detached from the main house, yet easy access through the backyard. It features its own kitchen/dining area, and a studio living/bedroom area with a queen bed, sofa beds, a flat-screen TV and a full bath.

BEDS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
Combined with beds and sofa bed, everybody in your group will have a comfortable spot to crash. We have prepared plenty of beddings, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and pool towels for everybody.

GETTING AROUND
- Average $5-$8 Uber/Cab ride to get you anywhere - 6th St. Rainey St. UT, Convention Center (SXSW) etc.
- Walking distance to hip bars & restaurant and famous Austin food trucks.
- Onsite parking available for our guests.

Was in town with friends for our fantasy football draft and loved staying here! Plenty of places for everyone to sleep (couches are a bit uncomfortable as beds, but work). Pool was perfect and having the shaded patio was key. Fairly close to everything as well.

The Best Austin Group Rental
We absolutely loved our stay at Dana's house in Austin. It was spacious, clean, and the pool was amazing. The separate guest house was great for guests who wanted more peace and quiet. The place is near a cafe/restaurant/bar but quiet at night. It is a convenient 15 minute walk or 4-5 min Uber to the major Austin places. Would highly recommend this for any group events/gathering in Austin.

I stayed here with a group of girls and the house was perfect. It's exactly as it appears in the pictures and meets your expectations. The second house is super close and we did not feel like we were separated or like anyone was excluded. The host left us beers in the fridge for our arrival to get the party started, special towles in the bathrooms for makeup remover and other nice little touches. We were able to easily order food/groceries/alcohol on delivery apps like instacart, drizzly and doordash. The house is centered to everything we needed to get to which made ubering very easy. The host was very quick to respond when I needed her, which was only once during the stay since we did not have any problems/questions. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Austin. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hair dryer because we did not and were unable to find one in the house.

Wonderful place to stay. The local eateries and coffee places are fantastic and practically just outside your door. Downtown is just a half hour walk away. The cold waters of the pool were super refreshing after returning from the riverwalk or golf in the sun.

Great house with an even better location. Several places to eat and drink within walking distance and just a short car/scooter ride to Rainey/6th Street. The communication with the host was very easy and fast.

Spent the weekend in Austin with a group of friends, 11 total. The house has plenty of space both inside and out to accommodate a large group. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and bars in east Austin. The host, Dana, was very friendly and communicative.

Such a convenient home and really enjoyed our time away. Definitely to note that the pool house is accessible only from the outside (and around a fence) but the entire stay was wonderful! Dana was so lovely to work with.

We rented this house for a group of 11 girls. Great location and house. The host gave us some great food and coffee recs that we went to each morning. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool but would have been perfect if it was warmer.

Great bachelorette house!
The house was spacious, beds were comfy, the pool was amazing! Easy to get a Lyft or Uber to other areas. I would stay here again! If you plan on cooking bring some foil/ ziplocks/ Tupperware for your leftovers- there wasn’t anything to store food in. It was a little noisy, but it was Halloween weekend. Across from the fire station so there was some siren noise too.

We had a wonderful time in Austin at this property! It was clean and had plenty of space to hangout in the kitchen and living room. It was very nice to have a pool at the property. The host was very accommodating and was quick to respond! The only thing the house didn't have was some basic spices (salt, pepper, etc.) for cooking. Overall, a great stay and location!!

Great house & awesome location!
My friends and I had such a great time in Austin, which a lot of it can be attributed to this Vrbo! It had everything we needed (& more) and was so close to everything - quick uber to Rainey and SOCO, but also walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. It's also convenient to the airport, which made flying in and out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again in a future trip to ATX!
