Our home's inviting atmosphere begins at the driveway, offering ample parking space for two of your road chariots. Step inside and let the warmth of our plush living room envelope you, complete with a wide-screen smart TV, super comfy seating, and just the right touch of Texan hospitality.
Nestled off the living room are two tranquil bedrooms, linked by a charming Jack and Jill bathroom. Drift off to dreamland in the first bedroom's plush queen bed, outfitted in luxury hotel-quality linens, or stretch out in the spacious king bed in the second bedroom. Both rooms are fitted with a cozy writing desk, providing a quiet nook for penning postcards or catching up on emails.
The living room, a versatile space designed for both work and play, comes equipped with high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more. Bond over a friendly game night with our array of family games, or stretch out those travel-weary muscles with our handy yoga mats.
Delight in the culinary freedom of our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you'd need to whip up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $2,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.
Situated in the southeastern part of Austin, this area embodies a vibrant and diverse community. Known for its accessibility to downtown Austin, this location offers a mix of residential and commercial properties, with a range of housing options suitable for various budgets. The neighborhood is enriched by its cultural diversity, reflected in the variety of eateries, shops, and local businesses that provide a global flair. Several parks and green spaces provide opportunities for outdoor recreation, contributing to a friendly community atmosphere. Its strategic location near key transportation hubs, and proximity to both urban excitement and the serenity of Lady Bird Lake, make this area an appealing and dynamic part of Austin.
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
