Renovated Austin home that's fully equipped with quick access to the city's greatest spots - DT, airport, COTA, Barton Springs/Greenbelt. This home is the perfect place to work from home, easily explore the city, and recharge in high-end beds.

Enjoy a spacious 3 bedroom house with a large living, dining, and kitchen area that all flows together and a backyard with dining, lounging, grilling and a fireplace!

Kitchen: Fully-equipped with all appliances and cooking needs - spices included! Stocked with toaster, Ninja blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, and a small bar area.

Dining: Seat 6 comfortably at this large dining table central to the whole house. Perfect for a nice meal, card games, and/or socializing.

Living room: Seating for many! One pull-out couch, a love seat and two chairs to allow ample seating to sit back and watch TV or play games. Board games, puzzles, and cards fully stocked in the entertainment center.

Bedroom 1: Large master en-suite with luxurious Tempurpedic King bed, a large waterfall shower, and TV for streaming, and a small sitting area.

Bedroom 2: Spacious room with queen bed and decked out work from home set-up with two screens, a keyboard, and printer.

Bedroom 3: Comfortable bedroom with Tempurpedic Queen bed, a small dedicated workspace, and a TV for streaming.

Bathroom 2: Full guest bathroom with tub.

Backyard: Spacious backyard with patio that includes 4-person dining table, a loveseat and coffee table, and grill. An outdoor fire-pit and pull up bar are also there for use!

Stylish & Comfortable
The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and bigger than I was expecting. The space is beautiful and stylish and comfortable as well. Everything is well stocked to feel at home during your stay. The outdoor space is just as nice as the indoor space and we enjoyed sitting outside at night. I’d definitely stay again if I return the area, the host was responsive and very nice.

The house was very nice and clean. The lock on the front door did not work most of the stay. Had to use the keys. The explanation as to how to find the lock box was a little confusing. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected. It was fine. After the first night we felt really safe. The light bulb above the dining table was out. We got a bulb and changed it, but was afraid to put the fixture back on. We left the fixture on the table. FYI the shower liner in the master bath needs changing. Its a little moldy. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you.

Great Austin place
Great place for a small group! We had 3 guys, plenty of space for each of us. Great little kitchen area and outdoor space. Only about 10 minutes from the airport and easy getting into downtown.

Beautiful little home. Very well done amenities were awesome. The only thing was we could not find many things to ( breweries, shops etc.) that were within walking distance as we thought that was something mentioned on the site. But we rented a car and did have easy access to DT and the other popular stops. Thank you Sarah and Amanda. I had such a great Birthday weekend in Austin! Would definitely stay again. Carol W

Decent affordable vrbo
Everything was great the host was very accommodating and quick response time. The pull out couch isn’t fit for 2 people though. It’s a futon so realistically only 7 folks will fit in that house. Apart from that we liked staying there.

Long weekend girls trip
This house was perfect for a girl's trip of 6 ladies. The location was in close proximity to Austin's recreation and nightlife activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean. A few day's worth of toilet paper and trash bags were provided. The owner was very accommodating and prompt with answers to our questions. We would definitely book again. Some of our most fun things to do: Austin Electric Bike Tour: Let It Ride, Barton Springs/Lady Bird Lake area for walking and relaxing in the grass, Rainey Street for nightlife.
