MMinimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

Especially when it's hot, Austin does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
