Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property located in the beautiful Historic Hyde Park neighborhood. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath home. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The couch converts to two twin beds by removing the back cushions. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill style between the two bedrooms.

The home has been completely remodeled inside. The exterior gives you the historic charm of the neighborhood, but once inside, you will enjoy all the updates of a modern home.

It is an open concept home with the living, eating and kitchen all in one open space. It has all new stainless steel appliances and the kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking a complete meal.

Flat Screen Smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms.
WiFi Internet

The backyard has a deck and plenty of room for entertainment.

Perfect spot for our weekend adventure in Austin
House was perfect for me/my hubby as we were first timers to Austin. We went to a concert at Moody Center... Property is as described. IT's super clean, great sheets/towels/ in bedrooms... bathroom is so well done.. Hosts were great! Allowed us in a little early... We loved it!

Great Home Base for a brief work trip in ATX!

Wonderful Experience
The house was immaculately clean, well supplied and in such a convenient location. We were 3 generations visiting Austin for graduations. We had plenty of room to visit and everyone had a place to sleep. Will definitely stay again.

Very Clean. Sketchy neighborhood.
Latino club next door to property. Pub across the street. People screaming and drunk in the street in front of home. Cops came and went several times. Definitely a party community. We left after 1 night.
