"When I checked in I found that I had been given a handicap room. I asked if that could be changed and even though the hotel was quite full due to a nearby sports activity, Levi did an awesome job of taking the time to find us a room that met our expectations. The morning buffet was a full set up with hot food and the person taking care of it did a great job of replenishing everything which was challenging with the many guests. Everything was clean and the cookie was a nice tough when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"Great place to stay while cross country skiing at Giants Ridge. Easy walk across and down the road to hop on the trails. Away from the hubbub of the downhill area though that is easily accessible if you want it. "

"First is the excellent "Host" communication. Next is the size and amenities. It is furnished nicely with a well-equipped kitchen, a luxurious great room, an exceptionally comfortable bed and a whirlpool tub with a powerful shower. In addition, there is a full washer and dryer. Last, but not least, is the climate control which boasts of numerous vents allowing for a powerful even heat."

"Nicely remodeled bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets very soft. The kitchen just has a small two burner cooktop, but no microwave or full size oven. It is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, even a crock pot which came in handy. Communication with the owner was great. They even had coffee pods, although we brought our own ground coffee to used in regular coffee pot. The mural in the bedroom was very cool. Our first night there was an issue that was no fault of the property owner, and she resolved it right away. We thought the bed shown in the living area was a pull-out, but it was actually a queen size bed, which was very comfortable. The electric fireplace under the TV was a nice surprise. "

"What a great spot! So so much space and it’s a view of the hill! Our family loves skiing and giants ridge is great. Also the pool and hot tub were perfect! "

"This listing truly delivered on providing a comfortable, roomy stay for our family of 8 (18 mo old). The pictures were spot on, the villa was well equipped/clean, and the beds were comfy. We appreciated the location near the ski hill and the beautiful view from the main floor. We will be staying here for another visit next year if it's available!"
