"The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch. However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong "

"How can you call yourselves 3 stars? And you don't even have ice for guests? Also, you made it really difficult to order late nite food. I order a pizza then your staff is banging on my door blaming for letting people in to the hotel. You get an 3 out of 5 from me Simply because you're a bed was so phenomenal. "Avevo prenotato la sede in Corso Dora Firenze ma sono stato contattato prima del mio arrivo e mi è stata proposta la sede in pieno centro storico di via Principe Amedeo 20. A pochi passi dal Museo Egizio, il Palazzo Reale, La Mole etc... L'ideale per soggiorni brevi o per chi arriva in treno (stazione di Porta Nuova 10min a piedi) e ha solo voglia di visitare il centro di Torino. Cordialità e pulizia. Ottima colazione. La signora Ida affabile e pronta ad aiutare."
