"Needed spring cleaning. Outside house mildew, needed to be swept and the building debris picked up. Upstairs screen needed repaired. No water in hot tub, grilling area very dirty. There was lots of food in kitchen most of it 3-5 years old. It all should be thrown out. Owner very nice."

"Beautiful house and property, right on the Neuse River. Lots of space for six of us, every amenity provided. Loved the coffee bar, hot tub, game room, and ability to spread out and grab a quiet spot for R and R. Extremely convenient to the Maola at Riverside (wedding/event venue)....we were able to walk from the house to the venue.Dog park within easy walking distance as well...and even into town (one mile)...Would definitely book again the next time in town to visit family..Very easy check...
