Good friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate albeit a bit on the small side. Perfect for me anyway!"

"The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay. "

"Beautiful older hotel property in the heart of Toulouse. Great location if you won't have a car because the entire City core is accessible on foot or by public transportation. Very walkable neighborhood for dining, drinking, or shopping. The less tourist oriented neighborhoods are a 20 minute walk. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed for an older hotel. Very nice bed. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff will take very good care of you."

"A little construction work going on in the street should be done soon. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk away from the tourist areas grocery store across the street and a few restaurants close by. Logan at the front desk was professional and courteous making us feel welcomed."
