"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). "Das Chalet hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage auf dem Campingplatz war gut und es war ausreichend ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad oder auch dem Bus kommt man gemütlich zum sagenhaften Strand. Das Chalet ist technisch etwas ... "sensibel" ... aber auch schon "ein paar Tage alt". Aber wir kamen zurecht. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. Le chalet nous a bien plu. "An excellent vacation place, close to the beach and the town, yet peacefully far from others. The other cabins are uninhabited around it so we were all alone. The owners are great, they made us feel welcome with little extras like the bikes and body boards to use, the coffee and soaps. The cabin is well done with nice materials and a good layout for everyone to be comfy. The AC was very nice on hot nights. Only thing I would warn about is that the loft beds are very high, so not for young kids....

"We chose low season for quietness & relaxation.....it was perfect for us. We were able to take our dog too! Managed to catch a beautiful sunset! 🌇 Lots of great forest walks to choose from, lakes to visit etc We really enjoyed the spa facilities every day. Not far from fabulous sandy beaches, Mimizan-Plages has a lot of restaurants to choose from! Massages by Chloé were wonderful."
