"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"We stayed here February 2020 for one week of skiing and can only recommend the Hotel Pension Pinzgauer Hof to everyone. The location is very close to the ski lift. The rooms are decent sized (note: the showers in the bathroom do not have a curtain, so the bathroom floor will be wet, but it's heated and dries fast). "We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "
