It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² fenced garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 70 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Entrance hall with separate toilet, garage, laundry room and garbage room
- Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with terrace access and a king-size bed (180×200), a bathroom with bathtub and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with double basins, shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) with owners and tenants exclusively. Open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. unsupervised.
