"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"Great property, exactly as described. Clean, tidy and comfortable. A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return"

"A well-equipped small villa. Best suited for a couple, but four people could manage at a squash. The advice and instructions were all in French, with some in English. It would be good to have all in English. The directions on arrival were not as clear as they could be."

"A spacious, comfortable and beautiful house. The property is large and very private. An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering."

"We absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Very private. Lovely pool and pool area - poolside toilet was a bonus to prevent traipsing through the house, and outside shower too. There was an unexpected barbecue and table tennis table too. Only one small thing to note - take towels. Towels in the bathroom were provided but only 1 per person and they were on the small side (and scratchy too). We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Bernard & Colette's villa is fabulous: the interior is spacious and modern; and the kitchen is stylish and well equipped. The garden is very pretty, with a swimming pool and terrace that is so relaxing and calming. We spent many hours in the pool and garden and relaxing on the terrace, where we ate all of our meals. Bernard, Colette and Lise (their daughter) could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were easily contactable and any problem (of which there were very few) was solved...

"This is a beautiful, fully-equipped property with a wonderful location just a block from the beach and with easy access to the center of the city. Mickael, the on-site property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as described in the posting and we had use of bicycles, beach equipment, and many other amenities. If we lived closer, we would come back more often."
