Placed ideally in country heart of the Hérault, the sheepfold is facing south with a shaded terrace, above the privative swimming pool and in front of hills of the surrounding scrubland.
A bottle of champagne will wait for you at the cool upon your arrival, as well as the regional products / home-made premises(places).

Fresh bread, tea, coffee(café), chocolate, milk, will be for your first breakfast there.
Very quiet, WiFi. 30mn of Montpelier, 40mn of sète, 15mn of pézenas, 30mn of the sea, 15mn of the exit(release) a75 clermont Hérault, in small village with grocer's shop associative refreshment room, tennis, ground of bike cross, play area for youngs, domains and wine-making mases in the surroundings.
Near the lake of the salagou, the circus(cirque) of navacelles, cultural and sports activities...
Accepted animals, parking lot, swimming pool and trampoline, barbecue, fully-equipped kitchen, microphone(microcomputing) waves oven, cooktop 4 fires(lights), washing machine, sets of bed linen and bath towels can be lent.

For the swimming pool (5x10 measure) and trampoline (4.30 meters in diameter), the children are under the responsibility of their parents(relatives).
Sheets and bath towels will be installed(settled) for your well-being.
Condiments, spices, softening and liquid cleaning products, washing(washing powder) will be at your disposal.

Amazing pool
We had a lovely time staying in this quaint village and gite. The pool was amazing and we spent plenty of time splashing about. It is a great base to explore the area from. Thank you so much for having us!

Charming Chalet Retreat: A Timeless Haven for Families
We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was perfect for children, especially because the house is really beautiful and the pool is a little dream. The hosts are super nice, lovely and accommodating. Near the house there is a small coffee/bar where the people are very fond of children and hospitable and the prices are super cheap. You can also order totally delicious baguettes there. In a positive sense, time has stood still here. The sea is a little further away with 30 minutes minimal driving time. But the surroundings are totally beautiful. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans le chalet. C'était parfait pour les enfants, surtout parce que la maison est vraiment belle et la piscine est un petit rêve. Les hôtes sont super gentils, aimables et prévenants. Près de la maison, il y a un petit café/bar où les gens sont très gentils avec les enfants, très accueillants et où les prix sont super raisonnables. On peut aussi y commander de délicieuses baguettes. Dans le bon sens du terme, le temps s'est arrêté ici. La mer est un peu plus loin, à 30 minutes de route. Mais les environs sont très beaux.

Points fort : La piscine et la terrasse ! Points faible : La salle de bain trop petite et pas adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes (surtout avec 3 personnes de grands cabarit) La forte odeur des eaux usées dans la salle de bain Le rideau de douche pas propre Le ménage à notre arrivée n’était pas fait ! Conclusion : maison avec fort potentiel mais quelques travaux sont à faire (nous en avons d’ailleurs discuter avec la propriétaire) Sinon la région de l’Hérault est très jolie : La balade en canoë au pont du diable superbe! La grotte de clamousse époustouflante ! Narbonne et les Grands buffets ! Gignac et sa place de la fontaine! Sete et son port !

Gîte avec une vue superbe, au calme, dans un village charmant et hors du temps
Merci à Isabelle de nous avoir accueillis dans ce petit nid bercé par le chant des oiseaux et de la nature environnante. L’intérieur du gîte est tout simple, avec tout le charme d’une ancienne bergerie. Pour autant bien équipé. La terrasse est magnifique, et offre une vue sur la piscine privative et la vallée. Le tout au cœur d’un village comme il n’en existe plus beaucoup : préservé, avec une petite épicerie - buvette en son centre où tous les habitants, visiblement, se retrouvent. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, ressourçant et hors du temps. Nous recommandons vivement !

Charming rustic gite in peaceful pretty setting
We enjoyed our stay, especially the sunny pool area and spacious shady patio, both with countryside views. Inside, the gite has a lot of rustic charm and is well equipped. (As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom is not luxurious, but it is functional. A small negative, far outweighed by the rest of the property.) Isa and Manu are lovely hosts - very friendly and helpful but also respectful of privacy. The local épicerie and buvette has delicious fresh bread daily and even holds occasional social evenings with food and live music - great fun!

L'état du gîte laisse fortement à désirer
Jolie propriété, mais qui souffre d'un manque d'entretien flagrant. Je cite entre autres : - Forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains et autour de la piscine. Les propriétaires assument, c'est parce qu'ils doivent refaire le branchement au tout à l'égout :"on n'a pas eu le temps". Difficile à entendre par rapport au prix payé. - Plusieurs éclairages hors service dans le gîte. Une fois prévenus, les propriétaires ont mis 4 jours à intervenir. Réponse reçue "vous n'avez qu'à faire la vaisselle le jour". On espère que c'était de l'humour. - Le chien des hôtes aboie quand on entre ou sort - Les propriétaires ont organisé dans leur jardin un dîner de 40 personnes le lendemain de notre arrivée. Pas une grande fête non plus, mais on a préféré passer la soirée ailleurs qu'à 10 mètres d'une telle soirée. - Les carreaux de la piscine se décollaient littéralement par centaines, faute d'entretien de la piscine dont le fond était vraiment très sale. Réponse des propriétaires : " Ca prendrait au moins 2 heures de nettoyer le fond de la piscine puisqu'on n'a pas de robot". Elle est donc envahie de feuilles, insectes morts et même certains jours grenouilles mortes. Je m'arrête là mais je pourrais continuer la liste. Le niveau de service n'est pas du tout en rapport avec le prix.

Ruhig und idyllisch.
Wir, das sind meine Frau und ich sowie unsere beiden Kinder (5 und 8) sind bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und wie beim ersten Mal genossen wir die große und schattige Terasse, den großen Pool und die Lage. Der richtige Platz um ruhig Urlaub zu machen. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und Manuel und Isabell waren wie beim ersten Mal super entspannt. Innen ist alles ein wenig eng und das Haus zählt sicher nicht zu den bequemsten. Aber im Sommer, wenn man eh die ganze Zeit draußen ist ist es einfach top.

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines dans cette location. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. La maison est située dans un petit village très agréable. Nous la recommandons vivement ! La piscine est en contre-bas, ce qui est sécurisant pour les enfants en bas-âge.

little paradise
We stayed at this place with our two kids (3 and 6) and we all loved this place. The large pool was not only great for the kids. The quieteness after living all year in loud Frankfurt was paradise. We enjoyed the shady terrace with the lovely trees and marvellous view and sunny pool. the owning couple were very nice people. Always there when you needed them and never there when you wanted to be on your own. The house is an old sheppard house and emphasizes the charm of this place. We really hope to be back there soon. It was not the last time.

Our kids (3 and 6) and we loved it. Large and sunny pool, charming house, shady terrace and beautiful view and surroundings. We enjoyed the peace and quietness. The owning couple Isabelle and Manu were lovely and always there when you needed them. The house was an old sheppard house. It was great for 4 people although for 6 it would be a bit too small. We will hopefully be back.
