You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Conveniently Located★Pool Table★Year Round Rental

This lovely home is located right off I-20 and Washington Rd in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Here you are close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants etc. You are also approximately 10 minutes from Augusta University and Piedmont hospital. You will be less than 10 minutes from Augusta University also. The home is about a 20 minute drive to Fort Gordon.

The home has an air purifier installed into the HVAC system.
The space
The home is approximately 1900 square feet and a covered patio to enjoy the outdoors. The living room, primary bedroom and pool room have smart tv's with cable television. 2 guest bedrooms have a smart tv so you are able to watch via subscriptions. The bedroom with a single bed does not currently have a tv. There are 2 full size refrigerators available to use.

Perfect Augusta Trip
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Ashley and the property. We stayed during Masters week and chose the location because we could walk to the course and avoid the traffic. Ashley went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed and even helped us book a reservation for dinner at a private club in downtown Augusta that had a wonderful sunset view. The house was in great shape and the billiard room was a great place to relax and hang out. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Augusta!
