This spacious home is in the heart of wine country. Take some time with your friends, family or partner to unwind and put your worries behind you. This home offers enough room for 12 people to comfortably stay while also creating an intimate ambiance if you wish to enjoy a romantic weekend in wine country.

The space:
The property is a large home with a gorgeous view right off the front yard and back deck. Each bedroom offers a king sized bed for a comfortable stay for every guest.

The large main level living room with fireplace creates a cozy and elegant environment during your stay. The dining room features a custom made table that is perfect for entertaining and making memories around. The large main level kitchen is equipped with all the stuff one needs to create delicious meals during your stay.

The lower level hosts a spacious living room along with a dining area and a kitchenette. This is allows guests staying in the lower level bedrooms to enjoy their own coffee and cereal bar and any late night snacks. The deck on this level leads out to the 6 person hot tub and some amazing views!

Feeling up for a stroll on the Katy trail? Great! We are located just 1 minute (by bike) from the Augusta Trail Head- And did we mention you and your guests are welcome to the bikes we have provided!

House Rules:
NO events or parties. If you are looking to throw a party with a large group of friends or family this is not the place for you.
No smoking(of any substances), in or around the house. This includes the back decks.
Our cleaning fee covers standard turnovers- any additional messes, stains or large amounts of excess trash will be deducted from the security deposit.

This was a beautiful house in Augusta. Probably wouldn’t book again since there’s not much to do in Augusta and we booked this house specifically for the hot tub which wasn’t working! Would recommend staying in nearby Washington which has much more to do!

5 women enjoying the wineries. We loved that so many were within walking distance or a very short drive. We would spend all day visiting the wineries then come home to our beautiful rental and cook a nice meal. Wonderful accommodations, we plan to come back!

Beautiful well appointed home with a fantastic view of the countryside. Inside was immaculately clean and lawn area provided a terrific place to relax and enjoy our stay. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out. Property owner had great communication. The check out procedures were the easiest I have ever seen from a VRBO rental - that was very much appreciated. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!!

Best Weekend Ever!
We stayed here with friends and family for a 30th birthday celebration. The house was so beautiful and very spacious for our group. The beds were so comfortable. We visited a few wineries and they were so easy to get to from this location. The owner is great to communicate with. The screened in porch was a hit with our group. Special memories made and we’ll be back!

Girls Weekend!
It's my goal every year to find the perfect house for a group of ladies to enjoy food, drinks, conversation and a birthday! I hit the jackpot with this ine for sure! The pictures are great but you have to see it to believe it! We had 9 staying but could have easily fit more comfortably. The fireplace was perfect to enjoy time chatting in the living room, the hot tub was big enough for all to hop in and the sleeping arrangements were spectacular! We will be staying here again because when you find the perfect spot you don't look any further! Thank you Justin for sharing your home with us and for being so quick to respond to all of my questions!

Awesome House for a Big Group
My two friends and I wanted a place that our 8 kids could hang out and have fun and we could relax and enjoy some great conversation. This house fit the bill! There were even bikes in teh garage that the kids loved using. It took them about 20 minutes to find the elementary school basketball hoop and the basement was a perfect place for them to relax and have fun while us moms enjoyed the quiet upstairs. My only comment is that the fireplace did not work so that was a bummer. It was cold in the house so next time we will bring blankets. The hot tub was awesome!

Great home for family gatherings
We rented this home for a family Christmas visit, the location was convenient and the home was the right size for our group of adults and adult-sized teens. The living areas upstairs and downstairs are generously sized, and that provided peaceful spaces for the early risers and night owls. Beautifully decorated and furnished home, nice view to the back and side. Home right across the street is a bit run down; this didn't bother us, it was just incongruent with others in the area. Kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated the Christmas decorations and hot chocolate bar. Generous coffee and hot tea options. Beds were very comfy. Easy access to the Katy trail. My only suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels for the hot tub if you plan to use it, otherwise you will cut into your bath towel options. I would love to revisit in warmer weather, there are wineries and cute shops within walking distance.

Amazing!
We spent Spring Break w/ our 2 boys (10 & 13) at this home & we all loved it! The pictures do not do it justice! Each room was better than the next! So luxurious, yet comfortable for a family to hang-out. The kitchen was so nice & fun to cook in. The screened-in porch was perfect for quiet morning coffee...and chatty, family lunch. We spent hours in the hot tub.....relaxing one moment....laughing the next. The bikes they provided were perfect & we got our workout going up/down hills...so close to Katy Trail! We stayed in March, so not peak season for restaurants & wineries....but we went to Washington (20-30min drive) for pizza & ice-cream....which was all my boys wanted anyway. Right on the water & a lovely little trip. We felt spoiled & did not want to leave. Loved the expansive house & will definitely be back! Thank you!!
